An ATR SuperTrend built for fast intraday decisions

The SuperTrend line. Two bands sit a multiple of ATR above and below the source price (default ATR 22 x 3.0 around (H+L)/2). The lower band trails price in an uptrend and the upper band trails it in a downtrend. Bands only tighten toward price, never loosen, so the line steps in the direction of the trend.

The flip. When a bar closes through the active band the trend flips. That flip is the core signal. A cooldown (default 10 bars) stops back-to-back flips in choppy conditions. Switch on Use Wicks if you want highs and lows to trigger flips instead of closes.

SL-hit breakout re-entry. When a trade's stop is hit, the indicator waits up to 10 bars for a strong candle in the opposite direction: range of at least 1.5 x ATR, body at least 60% of the range and, by default, volume 1.5 x its average. That candle becomes a new core signal, so you are not left flat after a fake-out.

Score and trade plan. Each core signal is scored out of 7. If it reaches your minimum (default 5) the Buy or Sell tag appears with its Entry, structural stop and targets.

Every signal comes with a trade plan

• Entry at the close of the signal bar.
• Stop-loss at the most recent confirmed swing low or high, never closer than 0.5 x ATR.
• TP1, TP2, TP3 spaced evenly so the last target equals your Reward:Risk (default 1.5R). Choose 1, 2 or 3 targets.
• A tick appears on each target that is reached and a cross on the stop if it is hit.

Install in two minutes

1. Download your files from the order page and open Trend-Nav-Scalping-Pro-v1.0.pine in any text editor. Select all and copy.
2. On TradingView open a chart, then the Pine Editor (bottom panel).
3. Delete the sample code and paste. The first line must read //@version=6.
4. Click Save, name it Trend Nav Scalping Pro, then Add to chart.
5. For alerts with the full plan: Add alert, choose the indicator and Any alert() function call.
