Is it a subscription?
No. Store products are a one-time payment. If you prefer paying monthly for AurumWave Gold, see the subscription EA page.
How do I get a TradingView indicator?
After payment, enter your TradingView username in My account. We grant access to the invite-only script on your TradingView account and you will see it under Indicators.
How do I install an MT5 indicator?
Download the file from My account, copy it into the MQL5/Indicators folder via File, Open Data Folder in MetaTrader 5, then restart or refresh the Navigator. Instructions are also on each product page.
How does the Lifetime MT5 EA work?
You pay $399 once. We build a copy locked to your email and send it within 24 hours. It works on unlimited MT5 accounts for that email, with no licence key to enter.
Can I try before I buy?
The AurumWave Gold EA has a free demo (demo accounts and Strategy Tester, no time limit). Register on the EA page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe. PayPal is planned. Email and phone are required at checkout so we can deliver and support your order.
What if something does not work?
Contact us through the contact page with your order email. Refunds follow the refund policy.
