What we collect when you buy from the store, and why.

What we collect

Email and phone number (required at checkout), billing country as needed, your TradingView username for indicator access, and for the Lifetime EA the email it is built for. Basic technical data such as IP address is logged for security.

Why

To process your order, deliver the product, give support, and prevent fraud. Marketing emails are optional with an opt-out in My account and in every email.

Payments

Cards are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

Essential cookies only: sign-in and remembering which part of the site you used. No ad-tracking cookies.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with providers needed to run the store (Stripe, email delivery) or where law requires, and kept as long as needed for your purchase, accounting and legal duties.
