AurumWave Gold EA
Everything about plans, accounts, the demo and cancelling.
An automated Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 that trades gold (XAUUSD). It opens trades in the direction of a confirmed trend, manages each trade cycle as one group, and surrounds it with limits: Auto lot sizing from your balance, market filters, Equity Guard (a loss limit for the whole group), a daily-trend filter, a runaway-move stop and a pause after repeated protective exits. This is version 1.2, the final stable release.
Lot size is set from your balance when a new group of trades opens, so you do not type a lot. Choose Auto - Safe, Balanced, Aggressive or Extreme (the lot is worked out from your balance, counted in your account's own units, so US cents on a cent account), Custom (you enter the balance per 0.01 lot) or Manual (one fixed lot you enter). A bigger profile trades larger and, in Equity Guard Auto mode, allows a deeper loss before the group is closed, so it can earn more and also fall further. The backtest shows Safe, Balanced, Aggressive and Extreme on a $1,000 cent account (100,000 USC).
No EA can promise either. AurumWave is built to be controlled: it sizes the lot from your balance, caps the number of trades in a group, closes the group at a set loss with Equity Guard, stands aside against a strong daily trend or an overstretched market, and pauses after repeated protective exits. But it adds follow-up trades when price moves against a group, which is a form of averaging, and a strong one-way move can still cause a large loss. We do not promise profit. Test it free on a demo account first, and use the planner above to size your account for a losing streak.
It is not a blind martingale that doubles after every loss, but it does add follow-up trades in stages against a losing group, and the later stages use larger lots, so a full set of follow-ups is many times the size of the first trade. That is the same type of risk as other averaging and grid EAs. The number of follow-ups is capped, Equity Guard closes the whole group at a set loss and a runaway-move stop closes a group when price travels far against it, but a strong one-way move can still cause a large loss. We would rather tell you that plainly than hide it.
Equity Guard closes the whole current group of trades if its floating loss reaches a set percentage of your balance, then pauses new groups for a short cooldown. In Auto mode the percentage follows the Auto lot profile, and a bigger profile allows a deeper loss. In Manual mode you enter one percentage and it applies to every lot mode. It is a loss limit, not a guarantee: in a fast market the price can move past the limit before the EA closes the group, and it only works while MetaTrader is open and connected.
There is no fixed stop loss on each trade. The protection works on the whole group: Equity Guard closes it at a set loss, and a runaway-move stop closes a group when price travels far against it. Each group also has its own profit target, and the EA stands aside when spread or volatility is unfavourable, and takes no new groups late on Fridays. Trades can stay open over a weekend.
We recommend a cent account. The backtest used a $1,000 cent account (100,000 USC). Auto lot works out the lot from your balance in your account's own units, and the lot cannot go below your broker minimum, usually 0.01. A cent account counts the balance in cents, so a small balance can trade small lots in fine steps. On a standard USD account the balance is counted in dollars, so a small balance falls to the minimum lot, which is a very large share of it and far riskier than the backtest. There is no fixed minimum in the software. Cent suits balances up to about $5,000; from about $15,000 use a standard account (see the next answer). Test on a demo account first.
Which account type fits your balance? A cent account suits balances from a few hundred dollars up to about $5,000, which is the range our tests and the default lot caps are made for. Between about $5,000 and $15,000 you can stay on cent and raise the two lot caps (Max lot cap and Maximum total lots open at once; our one backtest of this, on 100,000 USD with the caps at 50 and no limit, is described below), or use a standard account once your balance reaches the first 0.01 lot of your Auto profile (about $6,000 for Extreme, $8,000 Aggressive, $12,000 Balanced, $16,000 Safe). From about $15,000 we recommend a standard account: on a cent account the default caps are 5.00 lots, which is small for a large balance, so the EA cannot add follow-up trades as it did in the tests. When we ran the Extreme profile on 100,000 USD in a cent account with the default caps, the year made only about +2%, not the +277% of the $1,000 test. With Max lot cap 50 and no limit on total lots, the same test made about +279% with a worst equity drop of 28.6% (one backtest, not a live result). On most brokers a standard lot is about 100 times a cent lot, so the same caps are far roomier. Our backtests used a cent account, so on a standard account run the Strategy Tester and a demo account first.
You control money management (Auto lot profile or your own lot, caps on total lots and positions, how many follow-up waves are allowed, from none to three), a trading schedule (buy only, sell only or both, days and hours for new baskets, a wait after each basket), market filters (spread, volatility range, Friday and Monday rules), risk protection (Equity Guard, an account drawdown stop, pauses, an optional break-even exit, a daily loss limit and daily profit target) and alerts to your phone. The entry rules are fixed inside the EA and are not published. Every setting defaults to the value used in the published backtests, so change one thing at a time on a demo account first; a changed setting is not covered by our backtest numbers.
Version 1.2 is the final stable release of AurumWave Gold. It has four Auto lot profiles (Safe, Balanced, Aggressive, Extreme), an Equity Guard with Auto and Manual modes, a daily-trend filter, a runaway-move stop, and spread and volatility filters. The lot modes are now Auto (Safe, Balanced, Aggressive, Extreme or Custom) and Manual; the earlier Dynamic lot mode has been removed.
Single and Pro are monthly subscriptions for 1 and 3 MT5 trading accounts. Lifetime is a one-time payment: you receive your own personal build locked to your email address, for unlimited accounts and VPS for your own use, with no licence key and no server check. It is one per email address and the email cannot be changed or transferred; a different email needs a new purchase. In short: each email can have one free demo, one monthly subscription and one Lifetime licence at the same time. A second subscription or a second Lifetime needs another email address and a separate purchase. All plans use the same trading logic. There is no yearly plan.
Yes: a free demo EA. Register with your Google account (no card, no payment), then download it from your dashboard. It has the same trading logic as the live EA and works on MetaTrader demo accounts and in the Strategy Tester, so you can watch real performance and run your own backtests risk-free. On a demo account each file runs for 120 days, then you download the latest copy for free. To trade a live account you need a subscription or a Lifetime licence.
You pay a fixed monthly price for a licence to use the EA on the number of MT5 trading accounts your plan includes. Your licence key is shown on your order page and emailed straight after payment. It renews every month until you cancel it yourself from your account. It is a rental: access ends when payments stop, and no ownership of the EA or its source code transfers to you.
Yes. Subscribe to Pro, then cancel Single from Manage subscription in your account so you are not billed for both. Each plan is its own subscription with its own licence key and account limit: Single covers 1 MT5 trading account and Pro covers 3.
Each broker plus login number uses one slot, however many terminals or computers it runs on. A slot that has not been used for 30 days frees up automatically, and you can release one yourself from your account, so moving to a new VPS is easy.
The EA checks its licence about once a week. After your subscription ends it stops opening new trades at its next check. Trades that are already open can still be managed, and the EA never closes your positions on its own because of the licence.
The EA keeps trading and retries later. As a second safety net it stops opening new trades only if it has not reached the server for around a month, so a short outage never interrupts your trading.
Yes, and a VPS is recommended so the EA runs around the clock. The licence follows your trading account, not the machine.
Open your order page and use Manage subscription. It opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel, update your card or see invoices. There is no contract and no phone call.
MetaTrader 5 on Windows (desktop or VPS) with a hedging account (it will not run on a netting account), ideally a cent account, a broker that allows Expert Advisors and trades XAUUSD, Algo Trading switched on, and one setting: allow WebRequest for https://license.tradelytics.cloud under Tools, Options, Expert Advisors. Our troubleshooting guide covers the rest.
While you are subscribed you can download new versions from your order page, with a changelog.
Sometimes. When a code is running it is shown at the top of the pricing section. A code takes a percentage off one checkout: on Lifetime it is the whole payment, on a monthly plan it is the first payment only and renewals are at the normal price. A code works once per email address, on one plan, and cannot be combined with another code. Some codes start and end on set dates or stop after a limited number of buyers. Enter it in the Discount code box at checkout, or open a link that already contains it.
No. These are digital products, so once payment succeeds and your licence is delivered the sale is final. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges (no refund for the month already paid), and the free demo EA lets you test before you pay. Duplicate charges and non-delivery are fixed or refunded; see the refund policy.
