What we collect when you try or buy the subscription EA, and why.
Email address and phone number (required at checkout), your name and billing country as needed, the MT5 account number(s) you attach to your licence, and basic technical data (IP address, EA version, time of licence checks) when the EA verifies its licence.
To deliver the EA, enforce your plan's account limit, process payments, send receipts and service notices, and prevent abuse. Marketing emails are optional and you can opt out in My account or from any email.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you register for the free demo with Google, we receive your Google email and name only.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember which part of the site you were using. No ad-tracking cookies.
We share data only with providers needed to run the service (such as Stripe and email delivery) or where the law requires. We keep records as long as needed for your licence, accounting and legal obligations.
